Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans 16.3 oz each refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Prepare the Dough: Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • Mix the Cheese and Herbs: In a large bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, chopped basil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Assemble the Monkey Bread: Dip each piece of biscuit dough into the melted butter, then roll in the cheese and herb mixture. Layer the coated dough pieces evenly in the prepared bundt pan.
  • Bake: Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Cool and Serve: Remove the monkey bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Carefully invert the bread onto a serving plate. Serve warm and enjoy!
