- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 8 fresh sage leaves
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or fontina cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Prepare the Chicken: Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to an even 1/4-inch thickness. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
